Our department main objective is to develop a new organisation system and develop ‘new’ pratama as a company.
To do so we restructure all the organisation system in each department that pratama had including production and non production department.
Our second objective is to develop an incentive pay system for all workers in pratama. But for 1st periode our concentration is to develop an incentive pay system for productional departement which is directly impact to the company operational activity
These system is already run for 4 month and we still monitoring and evaluating its effect. So far these system works as its plan.
The most handicap that occur is the conflict of interest from top management to consistent with this new system policy. For the workers these system help them to achieve their wealthy and raise their position.
